Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WowziVerse platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. WowziVerse provides the infrastructure connecting brands, agencies, and creators across the African continent. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

WowziVerse operates an AI-native creator economy platform enabling brand campaign orchestration, creator discovery, automated brief generation, social commerce tracking, and consolidated wallet payouts. WowziVerse acts as a technology intermediary and is not a traditional talent management agency.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and wallet credentials. WowziVerse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false data or violate platform integrity standards.

4. Creator & Brand Responsibilities

Brands agree to fund their wallets fully before deploying campaigns, adhere to ethical advertising standards, and review content promptly.
Creators agree to produce authentic content, adhere strictly to accepted campaign briefs, and refrain from using artificial engagement amplification (bots/fraud).

5. Payments and Wallets

All fiat and digital asset (USDC) transactions are subject to local KYC/AML regulations. Payouts to creators are executed upon brand approval of deliverables. WowziVerse takes a platform fee on finalized deals as outlined in your specific tier agreement. WowPay earnings advances are provided subject to dynamic eligibility algorithms.

6. Content Ownership

Unless otherwise specified in a specific Campaign Brief, creators retain core intellectual property rights to their content, granting the Brand and WowziVerse a global, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote the content in connection with the specific campaign.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not: manipulate engagement metrics; distribute hate speech, explicit content, or illegal material; reverse engineer the platform APIs; or bypass the platform's payment rails to settle negotiated deals externally.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Services is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between Creators and Brands regarding deliverables will be initially mediated by WowziVerse's internal resolution team. Decisions made by the platform regarding brief compliance are final.

10. Liability

WowziVerse provides the platform "as-is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including delayed payouts caused by third-party banking rails.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
